I’m sure that by us posting this, that Men’s Journal’s Web site traffic will go through the roof, and they’ll contact us to finally figure out how they should be publishing on the Web.

Joking aside, I only hope that Men’s Journal isn’t one of those stupid Web sites that takes content down after a month, or moves it to a pay only archive, or one of the other countless stupid things that print publications tend to do to prevent potential visitors from seeing their articles on the Web. Extreme Motorcycles

In our travels around the Web today, we stumbled across the top picture of a unicycle here. Even if it does look a bit like Mr. Garrison’s “It” from South Park, albeith without the uncomfortable controls.

Anyway, that image led us to this ‘Cycles Extreme‘ page, which led us to som information on a motorcycle we remember writing about a long time ago, the Dodge Tomahawk.

Beer Pong for $50,000. No wonder the terrorists hate us. What are the odds that ESPN is airing this by 2009?

The three day “competitive beer pong extravaganza” wraps up tomorrow at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Vegas (been there 5 times in the last two years, and I have no idea where that is). It’s the third year of the event, which started with a $10,000 prize in 2005. Last year, fresh out of the University of Michigan, Jason Coben and Nick Velissaris beat out more than 160 other competitors to split the $10,000 prize.… more>>

To the right is Kumari Fulbright, Miss Pima County 2005, Miss Desert Sun 2006, and contestent for Miss Arizona during both those years. In the image, she is posingwith an HK 51 for the SubGuns.com 2008 calendar, which for just $12.99, features “a nice selection of your favorite NFA weapons lovingly displayed by twelve of the hottest girls next door.” Fulbright is Miss May, according to Title2Media, who puts out the calendar.

Hendrick’s Gin

OK, we’re not gin drinkers. Never really have been. Always kind of tasted like pine needles to us. Of course, that may be because the first couple times we tried it we were in college, when we were known to drink booze out of plastic bottles.

Since we’ve acquired a bit of a taste for slightly more upscale booze since then, we jumped at the chance to sample a bottle of Hendrick’s Gin when they contacted us a few weeks back.

Back from Vegas!

Well, we actually got back from Vegas Tuesday night. We were going to blog while we were there, but we didn’t get around to getting the computer out. And we were going to blog when we got back, but…well…we didn’t right away. Tough.

The trip went well–won some money in the sports book, won even more at the tables, and didn’t get arrested. Unfortunately, we missed the ‘Pole-a-Palooza’ at The Mirage on Tuesday night. Next time, better planning.
