Well, today Maxim sent out a release about their annual Hot 100 List. Or Hot 83 list, depending on how well their fancy slide show loader works for you.

As you may have noticed if you’ve seen more than one of our posts, there is a wide variety to the sites that we visit on a given day. We also use MyYahoo! to track a fair number of RSS feeds–and for some stupid reason, one day a few years ago, we included the Entertainment Feed on Yahoo as a part of that. And now, even though it annoys us, every once in a while, we see a headline, and feel compelled to click.

God bless those Aussies–they’ve published the results from a study that indicates that regular masturbation may cut prostate cancer risks amongst males.
The study indicates that men who ejaculated more than five times a week were a third less likely to develop prostate cancer later in life.
And, to top it off–intercourse may not have the same effect.
So, next time your wife catches you looking at internet porn, and asks what you’re doing, you can tell her “I’m just preventing cancer, honey.”… more>>

Well, I think our vote for the Best Picture at the 2008 Oscars is likely locked up–and we haven’t even seen the film yet. But we got this email today:

It was announced last week that Playboy will launch a local edition of Playboy in the Philippines this week–but the magazine will not feature any nudity. Apparently this isn’t the first time they’ve stricken nudity from their pages to satisfy local religous concerns, as one journalist said it will be “tamer than the US edition but not as tame as the Indonesian edition.”
The journalist added that the magazine would be aimed at a more mature, affluent readership than “lad magazines” such as FHM and Maxim which already have Philippine editions. Meaning that if this publication were in the US, … more>>
