Well, I think our vote for the Best Picture at the 2008 Oscars is likely locked up–and we haven’t even seen the film yet. But we got this email today:

Playboy Heading to the Philippines…kind of
It was announced last week that Playboy will launch a local edition of Playboy in the Philippines this week–but the magazine will not feature any nudity. Apparently this isn’t the first time they’ve stricken nudity from their pages to satisfy local religous concerns, as one journalist said it will be “tamer than the US edition but not as tame as the Indonesian edition.”
The journalist added that the magazine would be aimed at a more mature, affluent readership than “lad magazines” such as FHM and Maxim which already have Philippine editions. Meaning that if this publication were in the US, … more>>

Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, stars of the best of the E! network’s pathetic lineup of crappy reality TV shows, will be featured on their third Playboy cover in February. The issue will feature the annual Playboy Sexiest Celebrity List–which somehow still includes Britney Spears. Apparently bald is beautiful–as is abso-f#$%^&-lutely craziness.
